What Does the AI Readiness Scorecard Measure?

Six categories of organizational readiness: data quality and governance, user adoption and training, security and permission model, automation maturity, integration architecture, and AI governance. Each category is scored 1 to 5 across five questions for a 150-point maximum.

How Is the Score Calculated?

Thirty questions, five per category, each scored on a 1-to-5 maturity scale. A score of 120 or above indicates readiness for AI activation. Below 60 signals foundation work is needed before AI features are viable. The scorecard takes two minutes to complete and produces a per-category breakdown with specific recommendations.
