Do you offer training, documentation and templates?

Yes. We provide guided templates, checklists, live webinars, on-demand courses, and step-by-step documentation tailored to your org. Many resources are free on the site; premium templates are available in our store.

How do I get started on a project?

Schedule a free discovery call, receive a scope of work with deliverables, timeline, and pricing, then kick off with a requirements workshop and project setup.

Do you work with clients outside of New York?

Yes. We serve clients across the US and internationally. Most work is remote via video calls and shared tools, with in-person available for larger projects.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. 30–50% deposit is standard for projects; balance due at milestones. Hourly retainers are invoiced monthly.
